Ooooh, what a clever way to separate an egg.
Yep, wish I had a need to use it! I'm quite comfortable with using the egg shell to separate yolk from white. I just may have to give this a go...just once.

I may just have to give it a go for the sake of testing. I can't remember the last time that I needed to separate an egg...Oh yes...sometime around 1987 when I used to make key lime pies.
Yes, it most definitely works. I did use a water bottle, though.
