Four Hours on a Sunday
Chopping...
and more chopping.
Lots of green tomatoes, red peppers, green peppers, and onions.
All chopped with a new, nineteen fifty-ish 'blitz hacker'.
Today was Make Relish Day.

No help from Amanda or Mom?
Amanda helped stir and did a good job making sure that I didn't look too bad in the pics she took. Mom stayed clear of the kitchen!
